EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Site work software tools for take-offs
- Self perform estimating background is required (experience with take offs and estimates for concrete work including foundations, flat work, slab on metal deck, structural concrete)
- Basic understanding of conceptual estimating
- Knowledge of Procore software
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a team based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding of Contract Document & Specifications
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Phoenix, AZ, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Milwaukee, WI, Pittsburgh, PA and Upstate NY this ranges from $76,000.00 -$105,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Providence, RI and Glastonbury,CT this ranges from $81,000.00-$110,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Houston, TX, Sacramento, CA and Chicago, IL this ranges from $85,000.00-$115,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Boston,MA and Arlington, VA this ranges from $90,000.00-$122,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
