- Associates degree in HSE or Construction; journey-level craft experience or military experience in lieu of associate’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in construction or technical training in an industrial, military, or project-based environment.
- 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating adult learners.
- 5+ years of experience supporting apprenticeship programs or workforce development initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience developing technical training materials or project-based training experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 50%+ to support project and workforce development needs.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Human Resource Development, or HSE; Journey-level craft experience or military experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials.
- NCCER Instructor Certification preferred.
- NCCER Proctor, Evaluator, Performance Verifier, APE, or CPE credentials preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $85,000.00 -$125,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
